Infernal Tokyo is a nasty place!

Akira himself is a comparatively stand-up dude, but his backstory involves medical horror of a potentially squicky, brain-gore-related nature. Regular interactions won't necessarily bring it up at all, but the medical horror is pervasive in the setting and inevitable if Akira ever gets to the point of full disclosure about his home world, past, or long-term motivations, because it's a thing he's not overly fond of and a lot of what he does is aimed at making it less shit.

If you don't want to hear this stuff, just let me know and I'll avoid involved CR with your character, or tagging them altogether. I avoided describing the exact issue above so as not to bother those who see "medical horror" and know they're not down for that, but if you need a slightly more specific explanation, highlight below:
